No sleep mask for me, but I stop eating by 7pm, take a 20 minute walk after dinner, and I'm in bed by 10pm. That combination alone has done more for my recovery than anything I've bought. Magnesium before bed too, been doing that for years. Skipping creatine, kidney issues rule it out for me, so I stick to food for protein and haven't touched Nurri yet either, though I might grab one next time I'm at Costco just to see what the fuss is about.

Funny how the free stuff, the timing of meals and sleep, ends up mattering more than half the products people pay for.

What's been the hardest habit to actually stick with long term, timing-wise?
