Who Am I?
My name is Dr. Mike Roussell. I have a PhD in Nutrition and have spent nearly 20 years helping people—from professional athletes to everyday dads—optimize their health and performance through science-backed, sustainable nutrition.
But here’s the thing: I’m not just a nutritionist. I’m also a dad of 4 great kids.
And I know exactly how easy it is to lose a step.
